1. Excellent sun resistance and weather resistance: as the outdoor inkjet painting picture is suspended outdoors for a long time, ultraviolet, acid-alkali, dust and air pollution will affect the picture, so when choosing ink, try to choose sun resistance level 7 (the highest level is grade 8, due to color reasons, individual colors in the world can only be up to level 7) and weather resistance level 5 (the highest level is grade 5). 

2. Excellent stability: the principle of inkjet ink is that organic pigments are evenly distributed in the organic solvent system, some inferior inks only pursue cheap prices in the selection of raw materials, pigment particles are of different sizes, and the suspension system is very unstable. With the passage of time, the change of temperature will produce the phenomenon of delamination and precipitation. 

Reaction to the inkjet printer will produce precipitation in the ink barrel, ink cartridge, ink tube and sprinkler ink cavity, commonly known as "oil mud". 

The direct result is that the ink supply is not smooth, the amount of ink ejected by the print head is not uniform, affecting the picture, seriously blocking the sprinkler, so that the life of the oscillating crystal is extremely shortened, that is, the so-called burning head. 

Generally good ink does not need to be shaken well or oscillated by ultrasonic wave before use. 

3. Excellent color gamut expression: organic pigments have many hue, and all kinds of hue will produce different color gamut effect. 

Try to choose the color that can reflect the largest color gamut and the preference of local consumers is also one of the main factors in choosing ink. 

4. Raw material quality: raw materials mainly have great differences in quality due to their different prices, which have a great impact on the sprinkler, such as purity, PH value, water content, impurities and so on, which will directly affect the service life of the sprinkler. 

Therefore, high-quality raw materials are an important guarantee of high-quality ink. 

It is suggested that users should not ignore the quality of ink raw materials while reducing the cost of ink. After all, inkjet ink has a great impact on the state and performance of inkjet printers. 

5. Good usability: in the normal process of inkjet painting, excellent ink does not need to be wiped frequently and the sprinkler is cleaned, which wastes ink and reduces the work efficiency of the inkjet printer. 

It even produces color difference, which directly affects the quality and efficiency of inkjet painting. 

6. Appropriate technical parameters: not all inks are suitable for your inkjet printer, let alone one ink that can be used on a variety of models. 

Different sprinklers or even the same sprinklers have different indexes of ink because of their different printing voltage and oscillation frequency. 

When choosing ink, customers should fully consider choosing ink that can prolong the life of the sprinkler without affecting the printing effect. 

The principles are as follows: 

(1) A lower print voltage will protect the sprinkler more than a higher print voltage. 

(2) the lower oscillation frequency has more protective effect on the sprinkler. 

(3) too low printing voltage and oscillation frequency affect the printing effect. 

(4) choose inks that support low voltage printing and low viscosity as far as possible. 

In addition, in order to reduce inventory or reduce the trouble of after-sales service, some ink manufacturers appropriately increase the viscosity of inkjet ink, although the scope of application is wide, but it also affects the life of sprinkler oscillating crystals accordingly. 

It is suggested that customers should adjust the technical parameters of the printer according to the changes of ambient temperature and air temperature under the premise of technical ability. 

7. Ink safety and environmental protection: high-quality ink is required to be non-flammable and explosive, and the personal impact is reduced to a minimum. 

And now some inks on the market, only in pursuit of low cost, the international ban on the use of benzene series solvents to inkjet inks, although there are still users for the time being, but with the enhancement of environmental awareness of the government and users, will eventually be completely eliminated.
