As we all know, the sprinkler is the heart of the inkjet printer, one of the issues that users are most concerned about when buying the inkjet printer is to ask and consult in detail about the sprinkler components. 

At present, the sprinklers that can be seen in China's domestic market are made by British XAAR company and American SPECTPA company. 

The sprinkler is the heart of the inkjet printer, and the domestic machines are currently using the sprinkler of the British XAAR company. 

XAAR128 or XAAR500 nozzles are used in all the jet printers of Serge and Noel abroad. 

XAAR sprinklers are mainly divided into XAAR128, XAAR500 and XAAR126 models. 

In view of the wide use of XAAR128 and XAAR500 sprinklers in China, we will mainly explore these two kinds of sprinklers. 

At present, XAAR500 nozzles are mainly used by West, Runjiang and Keling models, but there is no inkjet printer with XAAR500 nozzles abroad. 

XAAR128 nozzles are mainly used by companies such as West, Yasselam, Flying ships, etc., and all inkjet machines of foreign companies such as Noel and Serge are in use. 

XAAR500 sprinkler was first used in the printing industry, while XAAP128 sprinkler was applied in the inkjet industry at the beginning of its development, so XAAR128 sprinkler was a professional inkjet at the beginning of its birth. 

Some domestic companies or consumers mistakenly think that XAAR500 is the alternative sprinkler of XAAR128, which is obviously incorrect. 

When purchasing the XAAR500 sprinkler, the driving device of the sprinkler must be purchased at the same time, which increases the cost of purchasing the machine to a certain extent. Because of the internal branch, the XAAR128 sprinkler has developed its own driving device. 

On the one hand, the cost of purchasing the machine is reduced, on the other hand, it is convenient for maintenance and replacement. 

XAAR500 sprinkler appearance is larger, each color of ink and four sprinkler unique corresponding, if a sprinkler damage, can not directly lead to spray painting, XAAR128 sprinkler is multi-sprinkler design, each color of ink and multiple sprinkler corresponding, the damage of a single sprinkler can be properly made up by other sprinklers, with a good make-up function. 

For example, Jin Hengfeng West 2908 sprinklers range from 8 to 24 sprinklers are XAAR128 nozzles, with 6 nozzles corresponding to each color, and the damage of a single sprinkler hardly affects the work of the printer. 

As far as speed is concerned, the speed of XAAR500 single sprinkler is about four times that of XAAR128 sprinkler, but in practical application, XAAR128 sprinkler is small, light and cheap, and manufacturers generally install several times more than XAAR500 is XAAR128 sprinkler, so what determines the speed of inkjet printer is the total number of sprinklers. 

It should be mentioned that the cost of replacing XAAR500 sprinklers is about 25000 yuan each, while the cost of XAAR128 sprinklers is about 3300 yuan. 

Generally speaking, both nozzles are being used, but it is worth noting that foreign inkjet printers use XAAR128 nozzles without exception, and there is no imported machine with XAAR500 nozzles at present. 

XAAR126 sprinkler is another sprinkler of XAAR company. Since this sprinkler is only used by one or two companies in the domestic market, XAAR126 sprinkler is not particularly prominent compared with XAAR128 and XAAR500 sprinkler. 

In terms of speed, the XAAR126 sprinkler is the speed boundary between XAAR128 and XAAR500. 

Another common sprinkler in the domestic inkjet printer industry is the American SPECTRA sprinkler. 

Before the domestic Yaselan inkjet printer was successfully developed, this kind of sprinkler was basically used exclusively by Waite, the manufacturer of the inkjet printer. 

From the internal structure of the sprinkler, in the part where the sprinkler is in direct contact with the ink, the XAAR sprinkler uses fluorine material, and the SPECTRA sprinkler adopts steel structure. 

Ink has a certain corrosion ability, due to the steel structure of SPECTRA sprinkler, first of all greatly improve the corrosion resistance of sprinkler to ink; ink is pressed out from the sprinkler, the strong pressure is easy to deform the diameter of sprinkler, and the steel structure of SPECTRA sprinkler is more pressure-resistant than the inner coating of XAAR nozzle Teflon material. 

Therefore, the SPECTRA sprinkler has a longer service life than the XAAR sprinkler, which changes the saying that the sprinkler is consumable. 

When it comes to inkjet speed, the ignition frequency of SPECTRA nozzles is several times higher than that of XAAR nozzles, which greatly improves the inkjet speed of inkjet printers. 

In the industry, the SPECTRA sprinkler is a relatively high-end sprinkler. At present, only Yasselan models are used in domestic machines.
