1. When changing the ink, the ink must be replaced according to the correct operation procedure. 

2. Before using ink, you should first clean the ink channel with a special cleaning solution and then switch to ink. 

3. When injecting ink, we should strictly guard against the secondary pollution of ink caused by man-made. 

4. Ink must flow into the cartridge naturally and must not be injected under pressure. after the cartridge is filled with ink, draw a little ink to remove the air from the cartridge. 

5. after the ink cartridge is on the machine, the air in the ink channel must be completely removed so as not to enter the ink head and shorten the service life of the ink head. 

6. Scrub all parts of the ink head with cleaning solution to keep it clean. 

7. Scrub the ink head cleaner with cleaning fluid to keep it in normal use and clean. 

8. Always check whether there is air in the ink head and in the ink supply pipe. If there is any air, the air should be removed in time to prolong the service life of the ink head.
